1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AliveLesson, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

AliveLesson is a marketplace connecting instructors with students for live video learning sessions. We facilitate bookings, process payments, and provide video meeting links. We do not guarantee the quality of instruction or the outcomes of any session.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are processed through PayPal. Group session fees are non-refundable if you miss the session. Private 1:1 lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.

5. Instructor Terms

Instructors keep 80% of booking revenue. After $500 in monthly earnings, the rate increases to 85%. Instructors must conduct sessions professionally and may be removed for misconduct or no-shows.

6. Limitation of Liability

AliveLesson is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes between students and instructors, technical failures during sessions, or any damages arising from use of the platform.
